gnomad2

i wasnt sure where to post this i thought here is probably the most appropriate

im having a problem getting gnomad2 running it worked just fine till
everything else in my machine got upgraded via pacman -Suy
now when i try to start it i get nothing
i did pull this package from TUR i figured id post here before going to
the TUR to ask ?'s

Just rebuild and reinstall your packages from TUR. Worked fine here.

so  what youre saying is if i run
pacman -S gnomad2 libnjb
it will reinstall & all will be aok
doesnt work here

No that doesn't work. You have the community repo activated and some packages in there haven't been compiled against the new libs after the big update. So go to aur.archlinux.org and download the PKGBUILD's. Afterwards build the packages with makepkg and install them with

pacman -A <package>.pkg.tar.gz

.

just extract them go into the dir and type makepkg. smile

i didnt like it took 2 hours to install firefox & flash
but it does work thanks for your help
