Question about shutdown/reboot output

When I shutdown or reboot my machine I've noticed this message appears at the very end before my machine reboots/shuts down:

Not all DM devices detached. 1 left.

then it retries and writes again

Not all DM devices detached. 1 left.
giving up.

Do I need to be concerned about this? I have 3 partitions on my machine (boot (RAID1), / (RAID0) and /home (RAID0)) and I have a droboFS server mounted via cifs in fstab.

//192.168.0.4/Media /media/drobofs cifs iocharset=utf8,uid=af,gid=users,guest,dir_mode=0775 0 0

The partitions are on 2 500 GB drives using software RAID and LVM.

Re: Question about shutdown/reboot output

I have a suspicion that it may be the cifs partition making "Not all DM devices detached" appear because if I turn off my machine for example and I have used the partition on some way my machine takes 2 or 3 minutes to shut down. I simply hangs at final shutdown process. I can see that boot and home have been unmounted but also /media/drobofs has been unmounted. This issue has only recently appeared with the 3.5.x kernel though. I'm a bit off a loss here quite frankly...
