Resume from suspend and linux 3.6

I have installed Arch using LVM over an encrypted partition using this guide: http://www.pindarsign.de/webblog/?p=767
Until kernel 3.5.6 suspend was working fine. Today I upgraded to 3.6.2 and now this happens:
It seems to suspend fine, but when it resumes I get input/output errors and I cannot run anything. It's like the hard disk hasn't resume...
I don't know how to debug it. Any ideas?
