Changelogs

I just updated my system yesterday, and today I was doing some other work and checked for updates again.  The 2.6 kernel seems to have a -1 update today.  So I wondered why, but don't know where to look for changelogs for files like this.

Does arch keep its own changelogs, or are those on the sites for the underlying software?

go to the main site, search for your kernel, then go to view cvs entries. There you'll see how long ago a file was changed (PKGBUILD, .install, etc), and a note to the right "uppkg:" which will give a short description of the change.
