http://s10.postimage.org/gljh4pvad/2012_10_14_234101_1280x1024_scrot.pngupdated just needed to get back to a minimal system. its pretty easy for me, I know all the keybindings to the point where I use the mouse almost as little as when I use DWM. below is just a simple tile progam for the odd time I want to tile, most of the time at most three windows, so only having one layout isn't a problem. I considered trying to write/find a script to do multiple layouts, or a larger more complex program, but I really don't need that as the times I do tile this is all I'm looking for.
Can you tell me what icon theme you are using?

What is your window manager, GTK theme, and window border?
the two programs are just Firefox and ncmpcpp
window manager is openbox with tint2 panel and Moka openbox theme I can't remember for sure but I think at the time I was using the BlackWhite GTK theme

This is designed for RevolutionTT tracker website, you will need to adjust it if you want to use different tracker.

Nothing special. I'm using openbox and conky, 4 of them (top bar, bottom messages, weather, torrents) with configs I developed over the years. On the bottom it's bmpanel2 with my theme. The terminal is urxvt, displaying remote screen session with weechat. Configs on request.

What is it that does the pixel border around your windows? I feel like I see that look everywhere but no idea where it comes from.

It's my own openbox theme.
Use this in openbox rc.xml in <applications> to remove the window decoration:
<application name="*">
<decor>no</decor>
</application>

Can't sleep, must mess with prompt.
Blue > means local, yellow w/ hostname = not local. Green > means UID=1000 (will generalize later), pops out with username if other user and pops out with a red "root" if root. The bright-red popout is the return code of the previous command. Magenta is the git branch/status, and completely hides like the return code if it's not a git repo (I plan on making it display only a purple > if in master with no changes ...). Cyan is the CWD.
These are all the same colors my prompt used to use for that information; it's just abbreviated into a little stack of popout darts now. Why? Why not *shrug*
I'll probably fix the background colors for $TERM=linux at some point, but it looks seamless on my actual vts.
My titlebar if the window is nested looks like ">>>: ~/dir" locally, "remote>>: ~/.dir" remotely, and "remote>otheruser: ~/dir" remotely as another user.

Changed my colorscheme. Other changes include a new DWM patch that decreases spacing between the tag names and I made my status honor the set locale. That actually was only one line of C Lastly, I edited my previous GTK{2,3} theme to match these new colors:

I presume you must be a member to track with RevolutionTT?
Also, kinda off-topic: Is it true they were hacked, and if so, why would they deny it?
Yes, you must login to scrap the data off the website. They were hacked and they admit it, but they claim none of the accounts were stolen.

Thanks. The dice is an indication of which monitor is active and the bar only shows the desktops on the active monitor.
