[SOLVED] Avidemux: can't resize the size of my window

Hello,

I recently installed avidemux-gtk to do some very basic video editing. I've run into a quite problematic issue.
Avidemux-gtk GUI shows the video you're playing in the middle of the screen, like this:

If I choose to maximize the window of avidemux, the part where the video is played is not extended, like this (not very sexy, but ok):

Now, if I want to edit the same video in a higher resolution (720p), the part where the video is displayed is too big for my screen, it hides all lowers buttons, and I can't get the editing done, like this:

If it can be of any help, I'm using Openbox as my window manager.

Thank you !

Moderator edit: These pictures are far too big. Reduced to their urls

AFAIK it doesn't support manual resizing of the video area, but you can choose its size from menu View/Zoom 1:4, 1:2, 1:1, 2:1

I thought I tried this option without success, but well, I tried it again and it worked. I guess I was wrong.

Anyway, thank you very much jjacky !
