Hi folks,

E17 seems much more stable than when it was first introduced to Gentoo's portage ages ago, and I've found it to be a nice break from tiling WMs.

The E17 theme is the default supplied; icons are Faenza; and gtk is Orta.

@ootput - was the e17 install pretty straightforward?  did you use any of the provided install scripts?  I really like your setup and am trying to settle into something.  I had been using openbox+tint2 and was liking, but I want to try a few more things out before settling on something.

Thanks!

Hi. I simply used the e-svn package from [community]. More info can be found here. You'll notice that I don't use many gadgets as I prefer a clean looking taskbar and desktop.

Cheers

Dirty:

Terminal font is Source Code Pro.

It would be nice to switch to a tiling wm eventually...

Trying something different...
Snapwm on a "minimal" install of Debian stable (6.0.6) and the latest Firefox (16.0.2). It's not bad.

Re: November 2012 Screenshots

Hey Unia, just bored mainly and out of curiosity. I haven't tried anything else in a long while. I was thinking maybe a stable base system and a few updated apps might be a good way to go for me but I'm not sure. I wanted to reinstall Arch anyway. I haven't done it since the installer went away and wanted to see what it is like. I'll probably do that in a couple weeks and maybe try Crux too if I have the time. I've been wanting to try that. See ya. Lotta cool shots this month!
