rmmod man page out of date?

My module-init-tools 0.9.14-3 man pages are out of date.
I notice man rmmod wasn't show up "-a" so I ask a friend who was using a different distro (don't recall which) and his man did show "-a", also his man page is dated around febrary 2003 while mine is 2002. We are both using rmmod version 2.4.26.
I reinstalled module-init-tools 0.9.14-3 with same results.

Try man rmmod.old.  The 2.6 version of rmmod does not have an -a switch.  That's the man page you're reading.
