applying patch (qemu)

im trying to apply a patch to qemu to be able to compile with gcc4. the patch is taken from here which i cut-n-paste from the html. however, i get the following error on applying the patch:

patching file dyngen-exec.h
Hunk #1 FAILED at 155.
Hunk #2 FAILED at 210.
2 out of 2 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to file dyngen-exec.h.rej

patch: **** malformed patch at line 676: either

starting at the 1st error, i compared line 155 at dyngen-exec.h and it seems same as the one stated in the patch... im fairly confused with this...
any ideas? thanks
