hi, I use Arch Linux since 2005 or 2006, now I made fresh install from 2012.11.01 and it seems it boots very very quickly, like never before.
But I noticed there was no rc.conf and similar files, I used installation guide and there is no info about it.
Is it gone or just not described?

Gone, Arch uses split configuration files now. Refer to Beginners' Guide on wiki.

You may want to check the front page news or search the forums (scroll back a few months). There is quite a bit of information about this change which was the move from sysVinit/initscripts to systemd.
