My parents have the printer hooked up to their desktop (Windows XP), and I need to print from it.
I've setup everything according to the "KDE Printer" article on the wiki, and I've also installed "escpr-wrappers" from the AUR, and both are running smoothly.
I can see the printer on setup, I can select drivers, and nothing gives me an error. However whenever I print a test page, it never gets printed. The job status is "idle". Any other job never prints, but the job status is "held", until I release it, at which point it goes to "pending" but still doesn't do anything.
Any suggestions besides filling the printer with fireworks and lighting it up?
