[SOLVED] Improperly reporting CPU speed

I'm not sure how or why both inxi and /proc/cpuinfo both report I am using a 1.35ghz dual core, it is an AMD 7750 Athlon X2 Processor (it is 2.7ghz) (AD775ZWCGHBOX). I am not using any power governing tools (that I know of).

$ inxi
CPU~Dual core AMD Athlon 7750 (-MCP-) clocked at 1350.000 Mhz Kernel~3.6.6-1-ARCH x86_64 Up~0 min Mem~759.9/3706.7MB

Re: [SOLVED] Improperly reporting CPU speed

I just read this article that explains power governing is enabled by default since kernel 3.4. Thanks wiki smile. Looks like there's plenty of tools to get me up to 2.8.
