1920 video out of 1280 screen
When I play a 1920 video with mplayer or vlc in my 1280X1024 monitor, only a part of it shows and the rest is out of screen. Is there a way to autos resize a 1920 video to fit in my screen?
I use nouveau drivers.
How could I fix it?

In mplayer I just press f for fullscreen and the video is resized. You can set it to always do that in ~/.mplayer/config.

Try 'mplayer -fs <filenames>'.
