[Solved] Device did not show up

I'm trying to install Arch from the 2012.11.01 image, but when booting from a USB stick I get this message:

ERROR: '/dev/disk/by-label/' device did not show up after 30 seconds...'
Falling back to interactive prompt
You can try to fix the problem manually, log out when you are finished
sh: can't access tty; job control turned off

When I try writing commands like "loadkeys" for changing the keyboard layout to my Norwegian keyboard I get this message:

sh: loadkeys: not found

I get this with any other command I try.
