XFCE Terminal runs only as root

Hello.

I have a problem with Terminal (http://www.os-cillation.com/index.php?id=42&L=5).
When i run it as root is everything ok. But as normal user it dont run.
At st. output isnt anything.

I have tried STRACE:
USER - http://wocas.profitux.cz/~tmp/strace_output_vk
ROOT - http://wocas.profitux.cz/~tmp/strace_output_root

...But i dont know, where is a problem. Is here anybody who knows? smile

What output gives it when you run it from xterm?

Nothing...  only:

sh-3.00$ terminal --disable-server
sh-3.00$ 

It runs. Load GUI....And kill himself at the moment.

Most likely it is some kind of permission error, but I don't know the program (not using xfce), so don't quite know which file it uses, etc. Perhaps somebody else has any clue if you did not have fixed the problem already ?

Maybe check if the config files in your home directory have the right permissions. I just tried Terminal and it works fine here (in FVWM) as a regular user.
