Ok, after trying ot somehow get the nvidia drivers working in 2.6 i'm giving up, I'm thinking my problem is in reletion to the fact that arch doesn't provide the headers to the kernel pkg's that we get, and therefore the users have to get their own sources from kernel.org and plop them in /usr/src/linux.....
So here is my request, (not a pkg request) just a discussion as to why headers aren't included in the kernel's or provided seperatley (IIRC JGC's 2.6-test pkg's included the headers)...
thanks all

Look in /usr/src/linux-2.6.0/include. They're present in the kernel26-2.6.0-2 package.

sorry, rather than headers i meant kernel source....

you can get the source at http://www.kernel.org .

i know that, but when using the 2.6 arch kernel, and vanilla headers from kernel.org the Nvidia kernel modules won't compile.
