Should be "0 2" for home and boot.
Last two lines don't give a type.
swap should not have a mount point and should probably not be loaded with default options.

So disable the service if you are not using it.
How many disks do you have?
If I were you, I would disconnect whatever devices, disks etc. you can and still boot. Simplify things. (Obviously adjusting fstab etc. as needed.) Get that working and then add them back one at a time.

How to solve this problem, tell me
Offline
I don't know it is the problem, but your fstab is still wrong. See https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Fstab#File_example and sort out the swap line - it should not be mounted.
You can get more information about failed services using journalctl.

Incidentally, I didn't say not to use swap - I just said to correct the entry.
Do you have consolekit installed? If you do, try uninstalling it.
I don't think the file it is looking for is that directory - notice that the directory ends in "t" but the file it is looking for ends in "m". Also, it is a file.
Use LC=ALL to get English output for posting here.

Simplify to debug it. Disable services you don't need to eliminate the possibility they are stopping boot. You can disable a number of those failed services without affecting boot so do that just to rule them out.
And look in journalctl again - you've uninstalled consolekit, I guess - so that should get rid of some of the errors, but does it?
Is your system completely up to date? Are any AUR packages up to date?
What errors are you getting now?
When did you stop being able to boot again? That was the initial problem but then you reported that you could boot, just not start X automatically. At what point did you lose the ability to boot again? Retrace your steps to that point.
You need to be systematic about this and to post relevant information. It matters whether the errors you are getting are the same or different. Just saying it still doesn't work isn't much help. It matters where in the boot process it fails.
Your fstab looks OK. At least, I still think it odd to have default mount options for swap but I think that's what the wiki said when I checked.
EDIT: If you have updated the system in the last day or so, remove the tmpfs line from fstab as it is no longer needed. You should have been alerted to the existence of fstab.pacnew by pacman.

Thank you, I have all turned out! I updated my system and issued a new fstab.pacnew , I changed it
UUID=2e07352c-888d-4474-9b04-6fcb3f85da63 / ext4 rw,relatime,data=ordered 0 1
UUID=d6bbe4ea-c4c6-4c7e-9dc1-3b897aebd2f7 /boot ext4 rw,relatime,stripe=4 0 2
UUID=cefb5a69-3e7a-4510-8974-c5558da705b8 /home ext3 rw,relatime,data=ordered 0 2
UUID=e40c1bfa-858a-4c30-9cee-728c5c85291c none swap defaults 0 0
and it's executed without error!!
thank you very much
But when I added the four hard drive. with programs, software, music, movies, I encounter the error:
Nov 20 10:56:09 ars-arch systemd[1]: Failed to mount /mnt/iso.
Nov 20 10:56:09 ars-arch systemd[1]: Dependency failed for Local File Systems
for this section, I have options in fstab,
UUID=F20CD1FB9774414A /mnt/iso ntfs-3g uid=1000,umask=022,locale=ru_RU.utf8 0 0
Tell me how to remove these folders when mounting

What do you mean? Why would you want to remove them?

before the transition to systemd, I did not display the name of their hard drives , now it is not convenient for me, I have enough partitions are mounted mentioned in fstab,
When I start to look for something find /mnt -name "file"
find: File system loop detected; `/mnt/_WDC_WD1200JS-00MHB0_6/mnt' is part of the same file system loop as `/mnt'.

So you added just that one line? So your current fstab is:
UUID=2e07352c-888d-4474-9b04-6fcb3f85da63 / ext4 rw,relatime,data=ordered 0 1
UUID=d6bbe4ea-c4c6-4c7e-9dc1-3b897aebd2f7 /boot ext4 rw,relatime,stripe=4 0 2

UUID=e40c1bfa-858a-4c30-9cee-728c5c85291c none swap defaults 0 0
UUID=F20CD1FB9774414A /mnt/iso ntfs-3g uid=1000,umask=022,locale=ru_RU.utf8 0 0
and that's it?
What does mount give?

So try adding them *one at a time* rather than altogether to figure out where the problem is. You know there's no problem without all the additions; you know there is a problem with all of them. So it is just a question of selectively commenting the relevant lines out in fstab and then uncommenting them to figure out where the problem is.

/mnt/tmp where did that come from?
Are you sure that these directories /mnt/folder(x) exist under /mnt before mounting on them?
Using NTFS as your primary setup sounds scary to me.
Mounting the wrong partitions in the wrong place cause all kinds of weird behaviour.
If you have read-only filesystem errors, then you have something mounted in the wrong place.
I don't use UUIDs for the fact that you should know which partition they go to which you can have both side by side in fstab.
I may have to CONSOLE you about your usage of ridiculously easy graphical interfaces...
Look ma, no mouse.

If you comment out those sections, the system is loaded properly, the problem here is likely a bad hard drive layout, but how to get around this problem
linux 3.9.2-1
ps: I am very sorry that I did not solve the problem in time
