Error while boot

I've a full updated arch system on my Laptop (HP Elitebook 2730p). In 4 of 5 boot ups it doesn't boot. So i tried the latest iso (2012-12-01) but there the errors seems also be present(image). Any suggestions what to do? Report a bug? Or is some sort of workaround available? Could it be a hardware failure? (But Ubuntu 12.04 Live-Stick boots correctly)
