[SOLVED]Suspended when laptop lid closed after login

Hi,

I'm using Arch on Thinkpad X220 with an 19 inch external monitor, also the usb keyboard and mouse.

Here is the problem :

If I hit the power button and close the lid immediately, system would not suspend, everything is fine, I can use the external monitor and keyboard to login as well.

If I close the lid after I have already logged into the system, system just goes to suspend immediately, I have already done the relative setting in Xfce Power Manager, set Action to None when lid is closed if on AC, but this gives no help.

Thanks in advance.

Liao

Systemd-logind does this, if you don't want it to handle lid closing, change line in /etc/systemd/logind.conf:

HandleLidSwitch=ignore
