Is systemd-sysvcompact needed on a pure systemd system? [SOLVED]

Hi,
I fully switched my fully upgarded Arch_X86-64/KDE to systemd.
The systemd Wiki tells to begin with following the instructions for a mixed system which include installing systemd-sysvcompact.
In my case (see below), pacman couldn't find that package.
Is this package indeed needed for a pure systemd? for what? If Y, how come pacman didn't find it.

You have the wrong package name, it's systemd-sysycompat

So do you....

core/systemd-sysvcompat 195-2 (base)
    sysvinit compat for systemd

And you do not "need" it, but many packages assume what it provides are present.

So, is systemd-sysvcompat required? How do I we get past the "/sbin/init does not exist" error message during boot if we remove sysvcompat? It seems like systemd-sysvcompat should be a dependency for systemd (for now) because many users will have a frustrating time wondering why their system doesn't boot after they've removed a seemingly unneeded package thinking they have moved away from systemv to pure systemd. The systemd wiki article does note yet mention how to install systemd without sysvcompat.

It's required if you don't have 'init=/usr/lib/systemd/systemd' in your bootloaders kernel/append line. Without one of the two, or both, the kernel won't be able to start systemd.

If users remove packages from the (base) group, then they're expected to know what they're doing. If they're just blindly removing packages, then they're bound to run into problems eventually.
