X won't start with Catalyst (fglrx)

I've tried everything(that I can think of) to get the proprietary Catalyst driver to work.
I have a Radeon HD 7560D graphic card. (00:01.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] nee ATI Trinity [Radeon HD 7560D])

X won't start and Xorg.0.log reports the following error:

	(WW) warning, (EE) error, (NI) not implemented, (??) unknown.
[   537.775] Initializing built-in extension MIT-SCREEN-SAVER

[   537.807] (EE) fglrx(0): PreInitAdapter failed
[   537.807] (EE) fglrx(0): PreInit failed
[   537.810] (EE) Screen(s) found, but none have a usable configuration.

My kernel command line is:
vmlinuz-arch.efi root=/dev/sda1 ro nomodeset, etc,etc

Need help fixing this to be able to get some work done!
