emacs package problems

Hi!

When I attempt to install emacs with

pacman -S emacs

I get the following

(18/18) checking package integrity                                           [############################################] 100%
error: emacs: signature from "Eric Belanger <eric@archlinux.org>" is invalid
error: failed to commit transaction (invalid or corrupted package (PGP signature))
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

tried pacman -init
and pacman --populate archlinux to remedy but that didn't work. What else can I try?

a Promise  PDC40718 based ZFS set

running LogitechMediaServer(-git), Samba, MiniDLNA, TOR
