QT4 in codeblocks - qtextstream no such file or directory

Hi,
I want write some code in QT4. Unfortunately in my first program i can see:

|fatal error: QTextStream: No such file or directory|

What the problem is?

The same with QDate and QTime include.

I checked and i've this files in my /usr folder.
