I just tried to run pacman -Syu and got:

tcl: /usr/share/man/mann/try.n.gz exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
/usr/share/man/mann/try.n.gz is owned by tcllib, which is in the community repo.
What I've done for now is update passing --ignore tcl --ignore tk but obviously this is just my immediate reaction because I wasn't sure what to do. Is this a bug or have I missed something somewhere?

Filed new bug.

Thanks for filing the bug. I almost did this yesterday but was worried that I'd just missed something dumb when I couldn't find anything else in either forums or bug tracker. It looks like this has already been fixed, too, which is fantastically quick!

Hmm. I'm not sure if it's been fixed as I'm continuing to get this:
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
tcl: /usr/share/man/mann/sqlite3.n.gz exists in filesystem
Will appreciate any suggestions.

That's a different error, kinleyd.
Do a pacman -Qo /usr/share/man/mann/sqlite3.n.gz
If it's owned by a completely different package in the main repos, file a bug report. If it's owned by a file in the AUR, complain to the maintainer.

Thanks Scimmia, as you suggested I find the conflicting file belongs to sqlite-tcl from the Extra repo. Will file a bug report.
