FWIW, I would focus on the functionality in Arch that is not as easily available in other distros, eg pacman, AUR etc. Concentrate on the fact that distro-whores (not my phrase!) generally end up monogamous with only minor dalliances, after meeting Arch. And they like the distro too...

I would mention how simple and clear it is to control Arch linux with the script files, mostly rc.conf. That was a big attraction for me.
