Gnome panel disappear after running fusion-icon (compiz)

Installed compiz and emerald the problem is that after starting fusion-icon the upper gnome panel disappears.
I can restart the gnome panel by typing gnome-panel but all the extensions I had there are gone only default ones are visible and I cannot install any extensions from https://extensions.gnome.org/ it simpy doesnt show the button to install them.

Ive been googling this several hours but there is no answer..
So my question is:

Since I can reload the gnome panel is it possible to reload it with the configuration I had before starting the fusion-icon command so I will have all the extensions there as before?

p.s. I quess there is a configuration file for gnome panel somewhere which can be loaded together with the gnome-panel command..
