Complete system freeze when pluggin laptop to AC + kernel panic

This is a really weird problem... since a couple of days (I'm not sure when though =/), when using the latest linux-pf kernel (3.7.1; from pfkernel repo) almost every time I plug the laptop to the ac the system freeze completely, mouse, lights, everything. It only responds to a hard boot.

Occasionally (I think it has happened twice), I got a kernel panic (I attach the photo, but it has bad quality, sorry). I tried disabling power management tools and the problem persists. Changing to the core repo (3.6.11) or using windows I can't reproduce the problem.

Logs (errors.log, messages.log, everything.log, Xorg.(0|1).log, kernel.log) doesn't show anything special and kernel.log doesn't finishes the log like nothing happened.

I'm really lost, because I don't know how to continue troubleshooting this issue, any ideas?

Wow, that picture is so blurry I am getting kind of nauseated from trying to make out the text.  I am going to venture to say that the picture is probably too big for these forums.  You will likely be told about it by a mod.

Also, since you seem to strongly suspect that this is related to your use of the pf kernel, maybe it would be better asking in the pf thread?

Yeah, that is true.  I realize this is important to the thread, but could I get you to change that from image tags to url tags?

I'll check that as soon as I get to my laptop. So it seems the problem it's not the pf kernel, but the 3.7 kernel that is the base of the linux-pf kernel package.

I changed the url, sorry u_u
