Taking a look at subtle after much time with XMonad.

Found myself missing XMonad shell prompt however so have been hacking away at launcher.rb in an attempt to recreate it. A nice little exercise in learning more ruby.

I love that theme, is similar to Holo Android Theme. I want to make a similar configuration but whit Awesome WM.

Window switcher is xwinmosaic, triggered by the Menu key or by using the top left hotcorner - from a hot corners script I found on Crunchbang's forum.

Hello Philip:

It is not a dock, I use a combination of tint2 and fbpanel for the menu; here are the configuration files:

fbpanel: copy to ~/.config/fbpanel
tint2: copy to ~/.config/tint2

And here is another screenshot, so you can see them in action:

A little side "project" I've been working on, reviving my old blue iMac G3 DV (400MHz, 256MB RAM, 2 firewire ports). I had tried ArchPPC before, but it was troublesome, plus there have been no updates in a while, seems pretty much dead.

It's running Debian wheezy PPC, pretty flawlessly right now - apart from the fact that pressing ALT and moving the mouse switches desktops, will have to look into that (any hints will be more than welcome!).

Still with LXDE (+Openbox), as I can't seem to be able to compile my trustworthy old DWM with all the patches I want there. Surprisingly usable, though video is a no go, it just can't handle it. Plays music perfectly, FLAC files with the equalizer on at around 15-20% CPU usage. I also have a Raspberry Pi and this one's faster. Not by much, just faster.

Wallpaper is just a mix of an old Mac wallpaper with the Debian logo on top. I think it suited the old iMac
