Hi,
When I connect my laptop to external power it freezes. It work fine when I boot up with external power connected, but as soon as I disconnect and reconnects it freezes.

Anyone know how to fix this or how to investigate it further?

Not sure how much this will help but from the log it looks like when you remove the power source your SSD gets remounted. I'm guessing that when you plug back in, the same operation fails. Here's a similar sounding issue:

Perhaps look at your ACPI handler and see if you can change the behaviour during unplugging? Don't really know what else to look at.
