[SOLVED]Using existing package cache to install in virtualbox.

I'd have preferred to do this: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Mo … al_machine
but I really do not need all that stuff in the vm.

So, I just need a way to install Arch the standard way into the vm, only without eating up bandwidth for downloading packages.
I have a rather large package cache that I regularly sync between two systems.
Is there a way to use those packages to perform the installation ?

(I'm rather inexperienced in managing virtual machines, so alternative ideas are welcome.
My final goal with this is to create a discardable environment to build, install and test random kernels (and especially modules, at first) and tools.)

Re: [SOLVED]Using existing package cache to install in virtualbox.

I just copied them over via sftp.
Worked fine (other than some issues with the bridged networking) .
