Eclipse 4.2 on KDE: no underscores and other rendering issues

Hi,

I've been looking for a solution to this problem for hours but can't find anything that works.

I'm using eclipse jdt (adt) and cdt.

Since a while there are these issues, which didn't happen with Gnome 3.6.

1. Eclipse doesn't display any underline characters anymore. It doesn't matter which font, gtk theme or whatever I select, because it doesn't effect the editors:

2. Menu items' text disappears when selected without having focus.

I'm using oxygen-gtk with community/gtk-kde4.

Edit:
gpu driver is the proprietary nvidia driver from extra. All packages are up-to-date.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing that?
