Hi,
I've got a bunch of fonts I'd like to install on my machine, where I run Arch and usually install fonts with the KDE font utility, Kfontviewer,
Unfortunately the regular and small caps styles of one of the fonts appear with the same name in kfontviewer, so I can't install the latter if the former is installed and vice versa. Is there a way to change the name of a font? I tried fontforge but i don't really understand what should I change.
thanks.

What about manually installing them by placing them in the font folder at /usr/share/fonts but place them in the correct folder and format.
