[Solved] systemd-modules-load.service fails with kernel 3.7.5

Hello all,
Just updated to 3.7.5 and the above service fails on each boot.
Not sure how/if it affects me, but worth noting (EDIT - OK, VirtualBox kernel module isn't loaded on boot for example).
Here's the output of systemctl status systemd-modules-load.service

systemd-modules-load.service - Load Kernel Modules
          Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/systemd-modules-load.service; static)
          Active: failed (Result: exit-code) since Mon 2013-01-28 15:44:45 IST; 3min 57s ago

this did not happen to me. must be some other reason, not only the new kernel.

What modules do you have in there? Maybe some of them needs a rebuild?

You are both correct, it was the other side of the coin.
The fault lied with the VirtualBox module itself.
Updating to virtualbox-host-modules 4.2.6-5 solved the problem.
