Can you plz help ?

does journalctl show any errors or something wrong with systemd?

From the amount of info you posted, I can't see anything wrong other than the massive amount of time it is taking.

I transferred my arch from a previous laptop and i had forgotten an entry on /etc/crypttab

after comment it out, from two minutes to 14sec!

thanks for suggesting

 journalctl -b 

my sanity is at normal levels again
