From the amount of info you posted, I can't see anything wrong other than the massive amount of time it is taking.
Essentially I just had to post to say sweet Jesus!

I transferred my arch from a previous laptop and i had forgotten an entry on /etc/crypttab
after comment it out, from two minutes to 14sec!
