kernel 3.7 problem with shutdown from VirtualBox

Hi,

Sometimes ago I wrote https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=156714 to this forum with my problem of shutdown Archlinux after upgrade kernel to version 3.7.4. This problem isn't resolved to this moment. Now, I've installed Archlinux on VirtualBox server. After upgrade to kernel 3.7.4 I have the same problem. During shutdown virtual machine from VirtualBox panel I have follow error:

When any will not help me that I will publish this error as bug.
