Headphone jack issue in Windows 7 after installing Arch

I know I might get lynched for this since it's sort of a Windows problem, but it's started since installing Arch this morning...

The headphone jack on my laptop doesn't work in Windows since I installed Arch (and Cinnamon, if that matters) earlier today. The laptop speakers get muted but no sound comes out the headphones (or Logitech speakers which use the same port). The headphones themselves are fine. The speakers are fine. They both work with my phone and mp3 player, and they both work in Arch. Up until this morning they worked perfectly in Windows 7 too, and installing Arch is literally the only thing I've changed.

Does anyone have any idea of what might be going on?

I hadn't, thank you.

I'm glad I'm not imagining things and other people are having the same issue. Fingers crossed someone more savvy than me will figure out how to fix it properly.
