Felt like a lighter style than what I usually have, so I've got Milk all round, shiny icons in my adesklets bar. The wallpaper I made by chopping up another, removed the ugly textured background and replaced it with a nice plain white one and put some shadow around the photo parts. As you might guess, this months theme is games! I have a lot of work I need to get done so I put my games easily accessible, when I don't have much to do I spend my time offering to work roll Please help me sad

clicky

very nice icons!! where can one get those?

nice screenie too btw.

You know, this XFCE SVN version looks really cool. I can't wait until 4.4 goes final.

I've got a lot of icons, I just went hunting for ones that fit in. Let me know which ones tickle your fancy and I'll see if I can remember where I got them. The UT and ET ones came from kde-look.org, the Doom one came from Googling 'doom 3 icon png', and Quake 4 one is from Deviantart somewhere. The Firerfox and Thunderbird might have come from kde-look.org and the silver globe I'm using for ROX is from the Edge iconset  think.

I must concur with that statement. Especially since I cannot get the SVN version to compile. -_-

I'm no artist either. If I try to create something on my own it always looks totally crappy sad. Thus most of my colorsets are taken from tln's config. His current configuration does not contain the colorsets I use anymore, so I uploaded my configuration as well: http://nooms.de/up/fvwm_smoon-2005-11-07.tar.gz.

It's not that hard if you don't use a taskbar or anything like that and don't want to get lost wink

Why don't you use shadowhand's packages? No compiles, no hassles  wink

Any comments on the interface?

Does the multimedia module up right in you ss would allow users to (u)mount external devices such as USB ?
If so we'd be pretty much interested in archwd 1.2 smile

ArchWD is a base where user contributed packages are installed. Currently there is no mounting package but I am sure soon will be.
The base is under major upgrade (ver. 2.0). Once ready, the making of user packages will start.

Yes it does allow users do mount/umount. Icon changes when device is mounted / umounted.
As to quote rasat, making of user packages will start when 2.0 is there. So you have to wait a little, as priority is now on writing an installer frontend. Once finished, i'll make a package for it.
