Cannot install Edge icons for Firefox

When I try to install the Edge theme for Firefox in Firefox 1.5b2, I get this error:

The theme uses pixmaps, and only replaces buttons in the Firefox toolbar (not in the control panel). It should be compatible with any version of Firefox.

Is there a way around this?

Uhh... Any advice on how to fix this? And after doing so, how do I recompress it into a .jar (instead of an ordinary .zip) file?

To recompress it, use jar.  Read the jar man pages to get the options.
