[SOLVED] Screen Brightness issues

Hello everyone,

I'm facing some kind of issue with Screen Brightness at Dell Vostro 1310, currently using KDE. If I change the SB at any control(Fn or KDE SB Control) my screen starts to blink changing levels without stop, my currently exit is reboot the system, but if I change directly at /sys/class/backlight/acpi_video0/max_brightness it changes ok without any problem.

I'm posting this because I've searched but cant find any answers.

Anyone facing this problem too?

Currently at: 3.7.5-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Mon Jan 28 10:03:32 CET 2013 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Re: [SOLVED] Screen Brightness issues

Dell Latitude 6430 with Intel HD 4000 graphics. Same issue; I noticed it starting a couple days ago. If I go slowly, I can alter the brightness with the keys, but yeah, if I go up and then or go too quickly, it wigs out until I kill X. Even the slider in the setting jumps around while the brightness changes.

3.7.5-1-ARCH as well on this system. I have the 64-bit and 32-bit intel driver installed, for whatever it's worth.
