[CLOSED] system upgrade

Hello all,

I am in the upgrading my system stage.  I am currently looking at the AMD FX-8350 and a SSD.  What I need help with is the best "bang for the buck" motherboard for this CPU. I'd like to keep the price of the mobo under $150, trying to upgrade the system for $600, the upgrade consists of:

cpu
mobo
SSD
16 GB memory (for starters)

some of the mobo's I've been considering are Gigabyte, MSI and ASRock.  Some of the concerns I have are with the onboard NIC(Broadcomm and Realtek) and whether or not to go UEFI.  Any known issues?

any insight and thoughts are greatly appreciated.

And you will get tons of good advice.

Edit: and, oh, I totally recommend Intel graphics for a Linux machine.  They are as trouble-free as it gets.  Just make sure they aren't Poulsbo graphics as those are a nightmare under Linux.  Poulsbo graphics come with some Atom chipsets so you are unlikely to get them but just make sure.  Obviously you won't be doing any demanding gaming with Intel graphics but they simply work the best for everything else under Linux.
