extra windows border overflow

My windows border is big! and when windows width is equal to screen it overflow to next. i have to do maximise ever time to fix it.
problem

I'm using..

Window Manager: Compiz
Desktop Environment: Xfce

Things i have tried didn't work
* changing windows decorator (gtk-window-decorator/emerald).
* changing values of "{left,right,bottom}_width" to 0 in themes xml /usr/share/themes/

When are your windows the same size as your screen but not maximized? What is your screen resolution?

if i maximise it will fit right in.
