I'm not asking when 0.6 will be out, as i understand it will come out whenever it is ready, but i am curious what is holding it back or what needs to be done yet to make it an official release?
just something i noticed, and i'm sure others did too... it seems like, as far as the dates between previous releases go anyway, that 0.6 is due out any day/week now.

I assume that it is mainly the new xfree86, it'd be nice to have it on there so then people don't have to screw with their XF86Config file anymore, or at least hopefully if it is good enough, as it autodetects stuff. Beyond that, it may be some programming stuff with the installer or something of that respect.

you would likely have far better response to your question if you emailed the head developer. he is not here that often nor on irc so emailing him would probably increase your chances of a prompt response.
