[Solved]Thinkpad L430 & acpi_call - tpacpi-bat issues

Greetings,

I've been trying to reconfigure the battery thresholds on my L430 (removed the battery at some point, which to my knowledge, resets the firmware). Running standard kernel 3.7.9-1 - acpi_call seems to be loaded, but attempting to set the thresholds with tpacpi-bat ends with:

perl /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/tpacpi-bat -v stopChargeThreshold 0 80
Call    : \_SB.PCI0.LPC.EC.HKEY.BCSS 0x50                                                                       
Response: Error: AE_NOT_FOUND

and journalctl:

kernel: acpi_call: Cannot get handle: Error: AE_NOT_FOUND

Acpitool reports some 12+% Capacity loss already - utter failure on my part.
I would be interested to hear from anyone using tpacpi-bat on the newer L-models.
