[SOLVED][Vaio PCG-K35] ath5k freezes system

I have installed Arch successfully on this laptop. Everything is recognized out of box. But I am facing old issue with Arch. When I use Network Manager or wicd, whole system freezes and after switching wlan on off and on again with slider, wlan is dead. It means led is off all time and interface is not found. It is hard killed by rfkill.
I can do modprobe -r ath5k then modprobe ath5k and wlan is on but freezes again.
dmesg shows this error: ath5k: phy0: too many interrupts, giving up for now (which is printed many times).
I can connect with iwconfig+dhcpcd, but I need something to manage my wireless connections on the go.
I have tried other distros, e.g. on Xubuntu it works without any problem, even switching slider on/off won't cause freeze.
Is there any solution for this?

Thanks in advance.

As I said, rfkill hard kills wlan interface. Removing wicd and rfkill and using Network Manager instead solved my problem. I have found a solution suddenly while installing a fresh system.
