Package merging (redmine)

I would like to merge all AUR packages that i take ownership with the one newly created by me.

This change is intended to simplify the manutenance of this software, creating only one package and a better Wiki with the instructions to specific installations.

The packages to be merged are:

• redmine-mysql-git    -    https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/redmine-mysql-git/

• ruby-redmine        -    https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ruby-redmine/

• ruby-redmine2        -    https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ruby-redmine2/

Into this package (the new one):

• redmine - https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/redmine/
