Hello,
I like the print preview from Chrome on Windows.
See here: http://techdows.com/wp-content/uploads/ … chrome.png
I tried to enable it on Chromium Linux in the about:flags, however, it states that this feature is Windows only.
Are there really no ways / hacks to get this working?

its there out of the box in the current stable chrome for linux (not chromium), not sure why chromium still uses the old one.

That would be a motivation to try Chrome instead of Chromium. Is it possible to seamlessly change from the latter to the prior keeping my current profile?
chrome/chromium's integrated sync feature can sync all your bookmarks/settings/extensions/apps/passwords

According to this [1] site even Chromium supports the print-preview.
--enable-print-preview[13] ⊗ Enables print preview (Force enable on Chromium, which normally does not have the PDF viewer required for print preview.) ↪

For now I filed a report in the tracker [1]. It is indeed irritating to see this option in the settings if it is not working at all.
