[SOLVED] Analog modem during arch installation

I need help, I'm trying to install arch on my laptop, and the only way that i can stablish an internet connection was an analog modem, i used the wvdial command and it seems to work, but it doesn't download the packages of installation, it doesn't return anything when i try the command

ping -c 3 www.google.com

instead it seems to work with

ping -c 3 8.8.8.8

I will apreciate any help
