The videos aren't available yet I think.. what was on the page was a live stream. It was really nice to see Allan from the front row!

I swear I mean no offense (and I'm not being sarcastic), heh, but you know, I have always liked that troll-like smile in your picture, Allan XD
Anyway, I hope the video is ready soon!
"open source is about choice"
No.
Open source is about opening the source code complying with this conditions, period. The ability to choose among several packages is just a nice side effect.

I've just finished skimming through it. I thought it was overall quite good but a little slow. I cringed a few times while watching the Q&A and the end (misunderstandings, "Ark Linux", etc.) but I smiled when Powerpill got a mention.
@Allan
You started off by pointing out that it was midnight your time. Did you arrive the same day?

That is so cool! You're famous now. You're "the Ark Linux guy".
I wish I could have attended. I don't think anything cool ever happens in Connecticut.

One of my students is down there at "The Clicker Expo" right now. Not sure if that's cool or not though.

I just had to shake my head at the guy that said systemd was x86 only. I'm surprised that Allan didn't correct him on that, it's flat out untrue.
