mouse lagg

i have an optical ps2 mouse when i not load any modules at boot its lag but when i write hwd -ec then the mouse stops lagg and when i compile my own kernel then hwd -ec does not work i think it have something with edev or tsdev but how do i fix it??

I think the  module name is evdev.  Add evdev to the MODULES line of rc.conf   and reboot.

it works nice the mouse stopd lagging al the time but how to fix it in my own compilled kernel there i dont hane any evdev module but thanks
