Mouse cursor disappears

Well it  really doesn't matter which wm it's in - kde, gnome, whatever - but f.ex if I start screensaver/or lock screen and go to sleep, then next morning i take it off, and after like 2 seconds the mouse cursor completely disappears. I can move my mouse like a maniac, no cursor - I can only navigate around with my keyboard so I have to do a ctrl+alt+backspace.

Any ideas? Perhaps a solution to get rid of it, or maybe start the cursor by an command? Thanks in advance.
